Return & Exchange Policy

To initiate a return please email jicha@pillowtalkxo.com

Then download the return form below. Fill out the table, then print or email us back the completed form. 

Online purchases have 14 days from the delivery date of your order to return or exchange your unused items. Shipping costs are non refundable. 

Products must be unused, unworn, undamaged, unaltered ,and unwashed. All tags must be attached, include any original packaging, or boxes the item came in. 

** Final sale items cannot be returned. 

Refund make take 3-5 business days to be reflected on your statement after it has been issued depending on your bank. 

Pillow Talk Xo is solely not responsible for any loss, theft or damages to products while in transit. 

Shipping fees and handling surcharges are non refundable.  

Place a new order, we will issue a refund of the difference if new purchase is less than the original amount. Once we receive your return we will issue a refund back to the original payment method.  Follow the return instructions above to proceed with your exchange.
