You have 14 days from the delivery date of your order to return or exchange your unused items with all tags still attached. For more info about returns please click here: https://pillowtalkxo.com/return-policy

Download the return form below. Print and attach to your order or email jicha@pillowtalkxo.com the completed form. 

Place a new order for equal or greater value, then once we receive your return we will issue a refund back to the original payment method. Items must be unworn and in saleable condition. All tags still must be attached. If returning lingerie, garments must be unworn.

Depending on which warehouse it is getting shipped from, they usually ship within the next business day 

If we haven't shipped out your order already, we would be more than happy to modify your order. Please email or call so we can make those changes for you.

Unfortunately, no we do not provide return labels.
